Fault Finding & Repair Air Conditioner Process – How It Works
We Work On All Brands, Makes and Model Air Conditioners
Step 1 – Contact us via phone, online or email. Give brief description of the issues you are experiencing and any obsticles
there maybe getting access to the outdoor unit of air conditioner (if any). We will organise a day and time slot for the
licensed tradesmen to attend to do fault finding to troubleshoot to recifty the issue & notify of any costs where possible
based on the fault details you describe.
Step 2 – Received a confirmation email / SMS. Shortly after making a booking, you will receive a conformation email
of the booking details.
Step 3 – Onsite Repair. We will phone call / SMS approximately 30 minutes before attending on the day of the booking so you do not have to wait around unnecessary for a tradesmen to attend. Onsite we will attend site, inspect, troubleshoot, discuss and then in most cases, rectify the issue. If a part needs to be replaced a quote for parts and labour to replace the part will be provide so you are aware of all costs in advance to make
an informed decision.

1st Air Conditioner Serivce (Clean) is FREE with any air conditioner ‘Sell & Install Combination’ – the service is to be carried out within 12 months of installation.
