We are a family owned and operated business, which is run by Ken Timms & Jarrod Burns. We are Electricians & Refrigeration Mechanics (dual-trades) within the one business – which is a huge time & hassle saver for many of our customers!

Good Communication & Service Delivery
How It Works……..
Step 1 – Contact us via phone, online or email. Give brief description of the goals wanting to achieve or issues you are experiencing. We book in with you a licensed tradesman to attend to achieve your desired goals & notify of any costs where possible based on the details you describe.
Step 2 – Received a confirmation email / SMS. Shortly after contact, a booking confirmation with any handy tips to help assist prepare to fasttrack the job (if applicable).
Step 3 – Onsite Visit. We will call / SMS approximately 30 minutes before attending on the day of the booking so you do not have to wait around unnecessary for a tradesman to attend. Once onsite we will discuss and reconfirm task details, then inspect, fault-find / repair / install / repair / quote / give professional recommendations.
Step 4 – Visit Completion Update. By the end of the day a SMS / verbal update is provided to the job contact. Any invoicing or quote will be issued via email where applicable.
Step 5 – Rate Our Service. After a completed job an automated SMS / email is sent requesting to rate our service. We utilise this on the off chance you are not completely satisfied, we go back to fix and make any necessary adjustments – so the end goal you are always satisfied! Majority of customers after a couple jobs request the automated SMS / Email to be turned off as they have faith in our high level of service delivery.
Step 6 – Repeat Steps 1 to 5.
